From first contact with Stow Brothers, I was allocated case worker Andrew to support me through the stages of the sale of my property. Andrew arranged a date and time to meet me in the comfort of my own home. Andrew demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the property market the stages of the sale from preparation for the advert to the completion of the sale and what I could expect from the sale of my property. In the days up to the view Andrew arranged for the surveyor to measure the flat and the photographer to take the pictures and along with his team generated a well detailed set of particulars for potential viewings of potential buyers. I was well impressed. Andrew arranged an open day to take place which overflowed to a second date for viewings and with in 48hrs was informed by email which was followed up by a telephone call to discuss the credible offers that were made. Throughout the sale process Andrew diligently kept me abreast of the stage of the sale, contacting me when necessary to arrange access to the property for surveyors and other contractors as requested by the Buyer; Gas safety check, Electrical safety checks. During the process sadly my mother passed away I felt I could trust Andrew to continue the works in my absence, contacting me minimally when required. Overall I was very impressed by the service and I would recommend Andrew and Stow Brothers estate agent to anyone selling their property.

We had such a positive experience of Stow Brothers Walthamstow, particularly with our lettings sales agent Hardev. His professionalism was faultless. When renting, it rarely feels like the experience is very tenant-centric but Hardev was thoroughly personable, diligent and supportive despite some delays with our reference checks.
