I recently became a landlord for the first time. I asked Stow Bros to market the place and find me the perfect tenant. The process of getting my mortgage along with the necessary certificates required took six months and throughout that time Jon Vassallo, the assistant lettings manager, went above and beyond to help me and gave me informed, realistic advice. Once everything was in place, Dani came round to take photos. He took his time and I was really happy with the results. Jon’s team managed the open day and chose a few of the offers who they thought were most suitable. Jon took the time to understand who I was looking for and he knows the Walthamstow market and who my flat would appeal to. I couldn’t be happier with the service - Jon’s team are friendly, helpful, organised and always call you back. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again to help with finding future tenants or even if I decided to sell - they make the process easy.
