During our 3 years tenancy we never felt neglected for once. Every single concern was dealt with immediately and with care. Any issues big or small Suela was just a call away and always guided us with nothing but solutions only. I can guarantee many other high st agencies they lack to provide the amount of assurance to the tenants. We will never forget when COVID happened Suela willingly reached if we was doing ok financially if we had enough to provide for food and essentials. That is how they connect with their tenants. I have worked with previous Estate Agents who once an offer had been accepted on the property you were then passed to an admin team for updates however, this was not the case with Stow Brothers. Kim worked directly with me from start to finish with no other person involved which really helped communication and the process. Highly recommend Kim if you are looking to sell your property.
