My recent dealings with becoming a guarantor for a lessee were complicated and daunting; I am not very tech-savvy. I found the seemingly insatiable demand for my personal data from Homelet and Goodlord somewhat alarming. But Hardev Singh in the E17 office could not have been more helpful. He soon realised I was more comfortable on the phone than with email and talked me through the various processes until I was confident about proceeding. He chased up problems very quickly for me and the lessees. He reassured me that my data was safe. I’m grateful that he never became impatient with my slow manoeuvrings through my banking and, although time was getting tight, he was always kind and polite. Thank you Hardev!
