I had great experience with viewing and signing lease in a lovely place in Walthamstow area with Stow Brothers agency. Kevin Lam, Rhea Barklem-Schulz and Sophie Ismail were super friendly and extremely helpful with getting through all stages of signing the lease from document submissions to scheduling inventory review and checking certain details with the landlord. Folks responded quickly to emails and calls, and were really compassionate while guiding me (a foreigner) through UK referencing process which was all new to me. With their advice and support, the process was completed fast, all stages were communicated clear and straightforward, and we were able to quickly proceed to the next steps of establishing renting agreement. In addition, the team provided me with extensive and detailed documentation about renting in UK, advice how to approach utilities setup, council tax etc. A lovely and thoughtful touch was to also include detailed description of the property and its amenities which helped me to settle in fast. All in all, it was a decent experience of finding and securing the right place to stay for a long-term renting and I definitely can recommend Stow Brothers to help you with your renting journey.
