Our experience with The Stow Brothers has been wonderful so far! In particular, Holly Chambers, of the Walthamstow branch, has been amazing! The initial flat viewing went seamlessly and Holly was incredibly accommodating and friendly! The communication and customer service with Holly since then has been excellent. What could have been a very stressful process, was made not so stressful through Holly's clear instructions and regular informative updates. In addition to this, any queries or requests we had, Holly heard us out and got them clarified/sorted super quickly!

Recently sold our house with Stow Brothers after a chain collapse with a previous agent. Lucy was excellent to work with, calm, efficient, enthusiastic and a great communicator. She got us back on track and packed out an open day for us, and ultimately got our chain back up and running so that we didn’t miss out on our onward purchase.
