We were delighted with the service provided by Stow brothers and have had an amazing experience selling our two bed flat in Walthamstow. Our flat went on the market in early Feb 2024 and we have already moved out (by the end of April) and a huge part of that is Stow Brothers not just getting people through the door on viewings but also through their due diligence on prospective buyers and communication/professionalism throughout. We achieved a fantastic value for our flat which is a credit to the sales and marketing team (big shout out to Will, and George who ran our open house), and the amazing pics by Sam which fed into the brochure. Great work by Chris too to help smooth things over for us and keep us on track for negotiating the completion day. The fees were also very reasonable and I would say competitive, it’s a premium service but the fees will pleasantly surprise you! Thank you team and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you going forward to friends still in the area.
