We have just sold our house with Karl Tatler Wallasey and could not fault the service. They attended the property very quickly after our initial enquiry to have it valued it and it was on the market within a week. Pippa was extremely personable and well informed when advising us on the value of the property and how to market the property. Once the property was on the market, we were assisted by Dan Craven who did an amazing job and got us several viewings in the first week of it being advertised. He kept us updated and well informed throughout the process. Dan is a credit to the company and was always cheery and enthusiastic on the phone. They found us multiple potential buyers in a short space of time and the property was sold within a month. Highly recommended.
