We dealt with Ryan and a few members of the team at Colwyn bay branch who were selling the property we were purchasing. We viewed the property several times initially and it was never a problem arranging this with them always obliging and helpful answering our questions etc. The sale of our own property had a lot of hurdles along the process causing us upmost stress and delays which effected the timescale of our purchase. Luckily Ryan and team did their upmost to keep this ticking along for us with the owner who was getting very awkward and difficult to deal with....... but we got there in the end and felt Ryan went above and beyond to keep our stress levels down! Ann and Lindon have been great from the beginning. Very friendly and informative when I viewed the property and were very flexible with moving in and allowed me to make the property feel more homely. They have been nothing but prompt and responsive to any problems I have had. Got a new boiler fitted within 48 hours of having reported the problem and got a call a few days later from Ann to make sure I was happy. I had another problem with a pipe in the bathroom and they had an emergency plumber out within about 10 minutes of my call (at 9.15pm) and 5 minutes later Ann and Lindon showed up to make sure everything was ok and brought a dehumidifier and water vacuum with them just in case. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Its obvious that they care about the property and how happy I am in it.
