A very efficient and professional company. I have previously posted about Tatlers during my sale process (possibly twice by accident!), now we are completed, I am posting about the sales progression, which was handled by Kerry. Kerry was completely professional, efficient and friendly throughout. It wasn't all plain sailing, as we lost a buyer and needed to step away from a purchase. It was all handled sensitively and with professionalism. However I also have to reflect on the solicitor that Tatlers recommended. Taylor Rose was appalling, not replying to voicemails and emails is not acceptable, and made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Even on completion day, I rang her twice and she was less than helpful, the third time I rang, the money had been transferred 2.5 hours earlier, the removals were waiting outside, the call went to voicemail. We rang Jones and Chapman, they rang the seller’s solicitor, who confirmed receipt of funds and we were able to collect the keys and get the removals started. She rang me over an hour later to tell me that completion was confirmed. I did share that we were ahead of her. To be fair; Kerry advised that they have now removed this company from their recommendations due to complaints. Thank you Kerry and the team! We are in and getting settled.

The reason we chose Karl Tatler, Wallasey branch, to sell our rental property was initially due to the way Pippa Brown handled the initial valuation and communications in an extremely profession and friendly way. As we live a very long way from Wallasey it was essential that we chose an agent we could trust to achieve the best price but also with the right approach. After the property was listed Mat Dillon was really helpful and communicative in both achieving a sale at the right price but also in the the follow-up action and process. Our tenant was also very happy with everyone at Karl Tatler who she met. A great team who are making the sales process to date stress free!.
