The reason we chose Karl Tatler, Wallasey branch, to sell our rental property was initially due to the way Pippa Brown handled the initial valuation and communications in an extremely profession and friendly way. As we live a very long way from Wallasey it was essential that we chose an agent we could trust to achieve the best price but also with the right approach. After the property was listed Mat Dillon was really helpful and communicative in both achieving a sale at the right price but also in the the follow-up action and process.
