This has been on my list to do for far too long and only just managed to do this. We first used Kingshills after going with another estate agent to sell our property in Holmer Green. The onky reason we went with a different estate agent was that we had seenbthe house we wanted ro buy through this other agent. Biggest mistake and waste of our time, I approached Steve Grace and explained the situation when we decided to move ro Kingshills. The viewings where a plenty and from that came the slae of the property within the valuation and price advertised. Steve Grace and the team at Kingshills service was second to none and hindsight to have used them first would have alleviated any stress. We have since sold another property on Beaconsfield and again the property sold within the valuation and price. This was a very quick turnaround and again kudos to the Kingshills team from instruction to completion. Our next interaction with Steve Grace at Kingshills is when we bought our current property through another Estate Agent. Steve was again instrumental in helping us acquire this property eventhough it was of no vantage to him or Kingshills his honest and impartial advice was very much appreciated and in no way obliged to give it or spend time on it. We have since also recommend Steve Grace and Kingshills to friends and acquaintances. Again their experience with Kingshills was very positive. Many thanks for everything you have done for us.

We have been so incredibly impressed with the professionalism and expertise we received from Jamie and team from the very first phone call. All of the team were fantastic and so very helpful and Jamie in particular went above and beyond in making our flat sale as easy as possible for us and the sellers. Jamie, Ellen and the rest of the team at Bryan and Keegan in Brockley couldn't have been better. We bought our new house through them (Feb 26) and they were head and shoulders above any agent we have ever dealt with. They really listened to what we were looking for and have the right information about the property prior to offer, and they were transparent and communicative throughout the bidding process. However, it was post offer that Jamie really came into his own. We had a 7 link chain and Jamie oversaw the whole process, keeping us informed and chasing other agents/solicitors to ensure the sale went through. He really went above and beyond and seemed one of the few agents that understood that their role is as much about managing the post-offer process. It really stood out how much better Bryan and Keegan were when dealing with other agents in the same chain who seemed to lack the experience and attention to detail that Jamie had. I couldn't recommend them enough.
