Excellent service! I was given my own point of contact and was kept up to date throughout the whole process. If my contact wasn't available, there was still someone who was able to help. As a first time seller the team were also great at offering advice and support. Everything from staging the house for the photographs, the EPC, booking in or moving viewings was so easy and every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service! The team were incredibly easy to speak to—friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. They were always responsive and supportive throughout the process. Buying a house can be really stressful, but they helped take a lot of that pressure away. I can’t thank them enough.

Martin and the team were friendly and professional at all times. We had a particularly complicated sale which lasted for about a year. During this time they kept in touch with us, answered our queries and looked after all the viewings. We were very happy with the service that they provided.

Acting on behalf of my sister, unable to cope following loss of her husband coupled with not moving house for over 50 years, I was extremely impressed with the level of understanding and support offered by Bonds. Her property started life as a couple of small cottages, which were joined, extended and morphed into a large house surrounded by acres land. It was not a conventional 3 bedroom property but Bonds inspired lots of interest and continued to do so after two sales collapsed. They provided accompanied visits so she felt less vulnerable and regular feedback. Their professional input never wavered despite the final sale taking almost two years. Extremely happy with service and support thank you.

Second time using Bond, the first being 10 years ago and from start to finish they were excellent, consistent communication and help every step of the way. Even called me to collect the keys on our purchase 30 minutes before our solicitor did. Highly recommend!
