Having used Reapit for 10 years and then having to switch to another CRM system, I really missed it. Reapit is the industry standard in my opinion and I wouldn’t choose to use any other system. I’ve recently switched back, and the process wasn’t nearly as daunting as I had expected. Their team was excellent at every stage and delivered well within our target launch date. One thing worth noting is that I didn’t initially choose Reapit because it doesn’t run natively on a Mac. However, I purchased a second-hand 2021 MacBook with good specs and installed Parallels so I could run Windows 11. It works seamlessly, so it’s definitely a workable solution if you’re using a Mac. 10/10 for Reapit. Although, if I’m honest, I secretly hope my competitors keep using systems that are nowhere near as good.
