Absolutely blown away by the stellar service of Gemma Greasley. We were relocating from the US, dealing with time differences, pets etc- and she made the entire process efficient and seemingly effortless. Moving is challenging but her lovely personality and resourcefulness shone through. She was the ONLY estate agent, who replied fast and contacted us via What's app additionally to e-mail- catching on that we were doing this remotely from the US. She sent a detailed walk- through-video- (with a REAL lens not a fish eye that distorts the dimensions), guided us through the forms and being an advocate when it came to finding something that was pet friendly. I have never met her in person- such are the times we live in, but I am touched by her kindness and efficiency and I would bear -hug her in a heartbeat. thank you!! we are so excited about our new home.

Very professional service from start to finish - one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Phillip and his team sold my elderly mothers property and I couldn't recommend them more! He was responsive, friendly and honest. I don't live close to my mother and really relied on them to help her with the process. No ask was too much and they really went above and beyond. They sold her property for more than the asking price and we completed within 6 weeks of the sale.
