Steve, Martin and the team at Bond did an excellent job in the sale and marketing of the property which was a tricky executorship sale of a property in poor condition.. The support on the sales process and viewings was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend their service which was personalised and professional. They were always available on the phone and if I had another property to sell would always market through them versus other agents in the area. They gave sound and realistic advice on pricing.
