Just incredible service from this wonderful agency - they sold our flat smoothly during global crisis

We had a great experience with Bryan and Keegan. They were true professionals throughout the entire process, with clear and consistent communication at every stage. Any questions we had Jaime and the team answered incredibly quickly, even on weekends. Their level of service was excellent, and they were also helpful in coordinating with all parties involved (including the solicitors and the other party's agents!). They were also competitive on price without compromise on quality. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent!

Unfortunately my husband who was a landlord passed away recently. I had to register with Rent Smart Wales, whose bereavement services are borderline vindictive and repeatedly reduced me to tears. Brockenhurst have been excellent from the start. Our initial meeting with Lou gave us confidence in all aspects of their services. The photos and marketing were great and we secured lovely tenants within a couple of weeks. Both Lou and Rosie are extremely good at making us feel 'looked after' by taking all the pressure away from us. From the moment I requested a virtual viewing while we’re abroad, the service from this agency has been outstanding. Charlotte contacted me immediately after I expressed interest and arranged for videos to be taken the very next day. She was consistently responsive to all our questions, and the referencing and affordability checks through Goodlord were seamless and straightforward. We’ve been searching for apartments for about a month with mixed experiences from other agencies - viewing requests ignored, or little to no information provided. In contrast, this agency has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. I dealt with John Partridge from Winkworth and have known him for some time. John has fantastic local knowledge and was able to provide me with expert and relevant advice relating to the sale of my home. There were a few hiccups along the way but John was always able to remain calm and act in my best interests and offer good suggestions to deal with the issues. My house came to the market around Christmas 2025 and was under offer very quickly. I have just exchanged on both my sale and purchase and expect to complete next week. Despite being a little stressful, John has made it manageable and I look forward to my move. My thanks to John at Winkworth.
