Robinson Michael and Jackson have been extremely patient, helpful and informative throughout my parents move! Given they are extreme novices to moving and had a very eventful process due to chain problems, RMJ ensured they were keeping us all up to date and at ease every single day! Michelle in particular I felt went above and beyond her daily duty to help the sale of my parents house and purchase of their dream home! I feel that we were given a 5* service by the team. This was our first move in 26 years and they guided us through the process with understanding and patience. We had quite a frustrating experience with the process but it was dealt with accordingly. The price was higher than some web based Estate agents but this was worth the extra cost. In the end Michelle was actually updating the person that we were buying from due to them not getting any information from his web based estate agent. The entire team were great but especially Michelle their sales progressor.. Unfortunately our first house purchase was a lengthy one (through no fault of RMJ). Michelle was patient, calmed me down and reassured me throughout, even though I was probably her most demanding customer who worried about everything. She went over and above her role to chase the seller and other third parties and I felt she was genuinely happy for us when it was all complete (although probably happy to get rid of me lol) Have already recommended them to others looking to buy/sell and if we ever move we will definitely use them. They're a pleasure to talk to, very responsive, courteous, fair and communicative and deal with any repairs swiftly where appropriate, keeping me in the loop at all times.
