Couldn’t recommend enough. I sold my property in Strood through RMJ & I wanted a certain price for my property and it took longer than expected to sell but the agents, Harry, Sarah & Tammy were always patient, friendly helpful, compassionate & understanding (all the qualities you don’t usually find in an estate agent ha ha) The real superstar in the office is the sales progressor Michelle, she is the best sales progressor I’ve ever ever dealt with, can’t talk more highly of her, she is above & beyond helpful, understanding, friendly, compassionate, hard working, professional yet friendly & just an all round asset to the company. She really went beyond her job title, if there was a slow point in the sale from the solicitors end, she would step in to speed it up & she would constantly keep me updated so I knew exactly where we were. I can’t thank her enough & I wish more sales progressors were like her!!! Definitely use RMJ in Strood, Id give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We have recently sold our property and purchased a property with Robinson Jackson. We did have some problems with our buyers which was a stressful. Throughout our selling and buying we were assigned two Robinson Jackson agents one for selling and one for buying from the Strood branch Michelle and Shane from the Gillingham/Rainham I cannot thank these two agents enough they were brilliant especially Michelle who was fantastic her motivation her driven attitude her customer service was second to none Robinson Jackson are very lucky to have her. Robinson Jackson are a great Estate agent with friendly and professional staff and i would highly recommend them.

We couldn’t fault Robinson Michael & Jackson Strood branch for their efforts and service in selling our home and securing the purchase of our new home. The staff were friendly and proactive and kept you updated with progress throughout. We originally went with an online estate agent and after 6 months and only 2 viewings, we made the decision to engage RMJ. After the first week, we had several viewings lined up and probably a dozen within the first 3 weeks. We had 3 offers on the table and after our initial buyer pulled out, RMJ found additional viewers and again secured another 2 offers with a sale within another 2 weeks. The offers were from quality buyers and for a good price too. RMJ have been great throughout and very professional. We would highly recommend RMJ and would use them again in the future.
