Initially trying to sell my first ever flat I bought was with Robinsons and Jacksons. At the same time I bought the second flat with some help from their chosen solicitor. And now I have chosen again to rent my second flat with R&J. My journey with R&J has been nothing short of a joy! Honestly, I don’t know how they get their training or how they work because every aspect is so detailed, well taken care of and just straightforward. Help is always available and I have always felt heard by any member of their staff. To let my property this time, Mike (from the Lee office) came around to give me an understanding of my rental value and their fees. Understood every word I spoke and was such a happy gentleman. I of-course did my research nonetheless with other estate agents and nevertheless find myself gravitating to these joyous ones! I chose to go ahead with R&J and the beautiful Chloe (from the Lee office) came down to take pictures and give me a further understanding of the process. Honestly, she is so lovely to speak to and I can tell she is so busy but will never ever make you feel like she is! Alex (from the Lee Office) is another gentlemen who came and kindly showed every person and couple my flat on an open day. I was excited and within a day my flat was snapped up, just like that! The experience was great! The service from the agent Fel was excellent! She gave us full details from the processing to the handing over of the keys to the Flat to us. All information that we will need to settle down in the property in term of the bills to pay, the rent fee, who to contact when we need any repair i.e., fixflo and several other information was explicitly explained to us during the handing over of the key. We couldn't ask for any thing more, and all that information has been helpful settling IN. All thanks to Fel, Khan and other staffs working background for Robinson Jackson.

Robinson Jackson helped us find a flat which was lovely, unfortunately there was unforseen circumstances which means we had to find elsewhere to live, Emma and Alex really put themselves out there and prioritised us to help us fine somewhere else which was above and beyond the services we've had previously with other estate agents, along with Chloe and Fel they helped us find our new home which we love. Thank you to the team for helping us along this process. IF we ever move again (hopefully not for a long time) we would stick with Robinson Jackson for that process for sure. I've just moved to London a few days ago, and I've struggled for weeks from abroad to be able to contact real estate agencies with no luck. At Robinson Jackson Lee, to find my new apartment it took one click and a few emails, and in 3 weeks from the time of my arrival to the UK, I could already move into my new place! As a first time renter, I started my search for a home not knowing what to expect, but I had a clear idea of the type of house I would love to call a home. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the ideal house advertised by Robinson Jackson and immediately booked an appointment to view the house. When we arrived, Emma was already in the house to show us around with a very warm welcome, she was great, patient and very nice. She explained everything about the house and answered all our questions with delight. By the time we finished the viewing…I was certain that the house was for us. I have only just met Kaan from Robinson Jackson, who I have agreed to work with regarding the rental of a flat I own. On looking for an agent to work with, I needed to get a sence of the person representing to company. I found Kaan to be open and polite. He engaged with me well and seemed to have passion for what he does.
