As a first time renter, I started my search for a home not knowing what to expect, but I had a clear idea of the type of house I would love to call a home. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the ideal house advertised by Robinson Jackson and immediately booked an appointment to view the house. When we arrived, Emma was already in the house to show us around with a very warm welcome, she was great, patient and very nice. She explained everything about the house and answered all our questions with delight. By the time we finished the viewing…I was certain that the house was for us. We made an offer to the team and were amazed by the excellent experience we received by Robinson Jackson team led by Chloe. Everyone from her team ( Emma, Alex and Sam) were lovely to work with and made the paper work and referencing processes easy. The Cherry on top was the move in celebratory box we received! I would throughly recommend this amazing team to anyone looking to rent or buy a home :)
