We had an excellent viewing with Hollie, who was very warm and helpful in her advice to us in moving forward. Once we had secured the tenancy, the whole team of Fel, Janet, Chloe, Xanthe and Hollie were helpful and in particular were very easy to contact as each step progressed.

The team are great communicators which is something I have struggled with with other estate agents. With issues that need to be fixed, the response has been quick with most things. I appreciate being able to WhatsApp my estate agents!

The staff that I have dealt with have been very professional, approachable and welcoming. As a landlord they have made me feel like part of the family. They want to do their best for me. It's very refreshing to have that experience and know that it's not just about making money! There's a human being behind that property. The staff in Eltham have fantastic people skills.

I've had a very mixed experience with Robinson Jackson lettings. On the positive end they are generally easier to get hold of than other estate agents. On the negative end, they promised things that weren't delivered (photos of flat inspections etc). They also wash their hands of issues when you raise an issue and leave it to you to sort out. I left thei relationship with them feeling like I wouldn't choose them again

It’s a no from me (as a landlord). Utter incompetence from the moment you sign up. Avoid.

Cons people when they have to leave their home because it's unfit for human habitation. Keeps deposits from tenants despite landlord being at fault.
