I've just moved to London a few days ago, and I've struggled for weeks from abroad to be able to contact real estate agencies with no luck. As a first time renter, I started my search for a home not knowing what to expect, but I had a clear idea of the type of house I would love to call a home. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the ideal house advertised by Robinson Jackson and immediately booked an appointment to view the house. When we arrived, Emma was already in the house to show us around with a very warm welcome, she was great, patient and very nice. She explained everything about the house and answered all our questions with delight. By the time we finished the viewing…I was certain that the house was for us. And now I have chosen again to rent my second flat with R&J. My journey with R&J has been nothing short of a joy! Honestly, I don’t know how they get their training or how they work because every aspect is so detailed, well taken care of and just straightforward. Help is always available and I have always felt heard by any member of their staff. To let my property this time, Mike (from the Lee office) came around to give me an understanding of my rental value and their fees. Understood every word I spoke and was such a happy gentleman. I of-course did my research nonetheless with other estate agents and nevertheless find myself gravitating to these joyous ones! I chose to go ahead with R&J and the beautiful Chloe (from the Lee office) came down to take pictures and give me a further understanding of the process. Honestly, she is so lovely to speak to and I can tell she is so busy but will never ever make you feel like she is! Alex (from the Lee Office) is another gentlemen who came and kindly showed every person and couple my flat on an open day. I was excited and within a day my flat was snapped up, just like that! Very slick onboarding process as a new landlord! Chloe and the team did a great job of staying on top of everything while keeping me in the loop. Any queries I had were answered immediately and I’m feeling very comfortable leaving the property in their hands.

Chloe and Emma were absolutely lovely from the moment my first viewing of the flat was set up to signing the contracts and handing over keys. The whole process was so smooth and their service to support the set up all suppliers took away a lot of the usual stress with moving.
