The experience was great! The service from the agent Fel was excellent! She gave us full details from the processing to the handing over of the keys to the Flat to us. All information that we will need to settle down in the property in term of the bills to pay, the rent fee, who to contact when we need any repair i.e., fixflo and several other information was explicitly explained to us during the handing over of the key.
