Management of the building is amazingly well organized. On my first day of living here lovely Joanne showed me around and I was surprised to see how everything is in order. I'm sure I'll enjoy living in such a great environment.

This is a fabulous place to stay in terms of environment, cleanliness and resources from the staff even though I have just moved in for a week! Definitely gonna recommend this place for anyone who fancies living in a high-standard property at an affordable price! Thanks to the admin especially, Joanne, who helps us a lot on the moving procedure which makes my life easier!

Ringley is one of a kind. Every detail, pictures and videos displayed about their apartments are all 100% accurate. They took care of every single detail of my rented apartment so I could have a wonderful living experience. Joanne, the agent that handled my move in process and queries was amazing…. Even when I thought I was becoming unbearable with my demands. Ringley having her in their team is a huge plus.

Ringley inherited a wealth of historical problems that were acerbated by the previous managers. They have taken on the job with expertise and grace, absorbing a lot of pent-up frustration that's no fault of their own along the way. An excellent decision by our Board of Directors to choose Ringley. I'd like to particularly single out Mary-Anne for praise, but clearly the improvement isn't the work of one person alone.

Ringley is excellent agency within Manchester, have statyed in The Mailbox for more than a year. It was a pleasant stay overall. Georgia is very pro-active in attending any issue we faced, supported in all the possible ways, quick and efficient. My check out experience was very smooth, deposit refund was very quick as promissed received the promissed amount within a week time. Thanks a lot Georigia for all your tremendous support all through our stay. Joanne is very nice and supporting in resolving all the queries and responding to email quickly. Thanks a lot to Mr. Bob (Gentleman on ground to resolve any problem quickly and firmly) - Great family overall.

We have moved in a two bedrooms apartment at Hunslet House in Corby, my partner and me. We love our new home and we are absolutely please with our experience with Ringley overall. Special thanks to Tianna, at Ringley, to whom we are very appreciative. She has really made the whole process stress free, seamless and straight forward by being kind, responsive, informative, accommodating, and supportive. She left us with no choice but to feel that we made the right decision with this move. Also many thanks to Steve, our building manager, who is friendly and always goes the extra mile.. Well deserved 5 stars review from us.

Great customer service and professionalism. Joanne a Ringley staff that I interacted with has a pleasant attitude and provided knowledgeable resources that enabled me to settled into my apartment seamless. She took me around the Mailbox building showing me the GYM, the refuse disposal point at the basement etc . She also took me through how to operate the appliances in my apartment. Joanne is dedicated to her job.

I had a very pleasurable experience. Joanne was very helpful and communication was top notch. Everything was seamless from my first point of contact to my move in day and even beyond. I will highly recommend.
