It's a really nice apartment, even the public areas like lifts and atrium are well managed. Joanne and all the other staff has been very helpful and made our move-in process really smooth.

This morning I sent to Dilara an email regarding the main drainage blockage, almost the next minute a plumber knocked my door! It was super fast, totally out of my expectation, thanks a million! I also asked Dilara for EWS1 form and Fire Risk assessment for remortgage purpose, she was very helpful as well. Thanks!

Great customer service and professionalism. Joanne a Ringley staff that I interacted with has a pleasant attitude and provided knowledgeable resources that enabled me to settled into my apartment seamless. She took me around the Mailbox building showing me the GYM, the refuse disposal point at the basement etc . She also took me through how to operate the appliances in my apartment. Joanne is dedicated to her job.
