A very professional company that inspired confidence

Helpful and personable

Faye, Francesca and Elaine were great and really helped us to secure our first house. We visited the property a couple of times and they were happy to facilitate this. Excellent & Professional Service

At a rather challenging time in the housing market, they secured us a good sale price and ensured that everything went smoothly and was hassle free. Highly recommended

I sold my flat through Petty Son & Prestwich last summer and couldn’t be happier with their work. From start to finish, every member of the team was professional and more than willing to help. They guided me through my first property sale, securing a good number of viewings which resulted in multiple offers and a quick sale at a very good price. They kept working hard after the buyer was found and made sure everything stayed on track through to completion. They were excellent value for money and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the local area.

Great service

Petty's acted for our seller so had no client obligations to us. However they treated us fairly and pragmatically. We had a very difficult completion process and pettys was very good about it through the whole thing. If we ever want to sell our house we will definitely use Petty's.

Professional Service Throughout

Excellent service - highly recommended

The whole buying and selling experience was made easier by the way that they continued to support us throughout. Their customer service was second to none - whether on the phone, via email, or popping in to the office. They did their best to make sure that all parties were happy and everything ran smoothly.
