Emma and Raphael are just brilliant! They have let my property a series of times now, quickly and to great tenants. They are such a pleasure to work with. They communicate quickly and clearly. Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. They have also been super helpful and introduced me to fantastic suppliers to help complete refurbishment works. I couldn't be in better, safer hands.

Stayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

Houseman properties have managed the letting and upkeep of my flat in Pinner for the last 4 years. They have been excellent keeping me up to date with what is happening, providing tax documents and information about repairs and organising legal inspections.
