Location Location - Stoke Newington

I moved in to a flat that I found through Location Location, and they have been very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Can only say good things about this friendly agency! Special thanks to Pierce and Anjali!

We had a very positive experience with Location Location looking for a rental property. Our agent Maya was friendly, approachable and informative during the process.

I have been selling my flat with location location. Most of my contact has been with drew , He has been helpful and very approachable, In fact I would say has gone above and beyond. Nothing has been too much trouble. Having not moved for 20 years I would say that It’s not been too stressful and I have been guided all the way . Would recommend the location location team To anybody looking to relocate. Anita Everard

Highly recommended letting agent service. Great support and communication from Donna, Anna and Anjali which helped make the whole process quick, easy and stress-free. Very happy with our new flat and would 100% use Location Location again in the future. Thanks to the whole team.

Location Location sold our flat to us so we decided to go back to them when we needed to move and sell. And they did a fantastic job in what was a tricky property market. Their staff are incredibly professional, thorough, friendly and refreshingly realistic. You do not feel as though you are being sold to, and they are genuinely decent people, nice touches like sending us flowers when we had our baby! They were proactively selling our flat as opposed to it being just another property for them to sell. From the get-go Anna Takkou was excellent in putting a strategic plan in place to make sure we were entering the property market at the right price point and at the right time, and then following up with us and adjusting our plan when we needed to, bearing in mind not only the state of the property market but our own personal circumstances as well. Drew Elias-Chrisostomou was great at pushing the selling process along, and Lauretta Caulfield steps in when the property is sold, and was very on top of things to keep the sale/exchange/completion processes moving along. And they did all of this through Brexit, us having a baby and COVID-19! We are very grateful to them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy/rent.

I would recommend working with this agency. I found them to be professional, relaxed (in a good way) and quick to respond to queries. Shout out to David Dyer for helping me through the process of renting my new place.

Hanna Scott and Lauretta Caulfield have been amazing! They sold our house in 24 hours. We had every horror story possible on the other side of the chain but they managed to keep our buyer for a year and were incredibly helpful and understanding. We wouldn’t have been able to move if it wasn't for them. Totally recommend. Especially their after sales team.

I would like to thank location location for getting us the flat we wanted. You and specifically Pierce Johnston help us through a very stressful period. Such a professional and just the nicest guy. Thank you so so much!!

Anjali & David were great - very quick to help with our initial move in, and answered all of our questions in good time. Thanks! Pierce was great too, very quick to help with viewings.

Pierce at Location Location was super helpful with our search. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time (putting us on waitlists for properties slightly out of our range incase the price came down and showed us a fabulous property before it was put on the market). Great experience!
