Fantastic service. Peter helped us buy our house back in 2015 and Lauretta and Peter helped us sell this year. He was open and honest throughout the process so was first port of call when we came to selling the house again. I've experienced the service as both a buyer and a seller and found it to be exceptional. In particular: exceptional local knowledge (when buying and planning extensions, Peter gave his view as to what changes would maintain its value); excellent advice on how best to market the property. The closing process is always complex and Lauretta did an amazing job helping on this with regular and transparent communication throughout the process, we hit plenty of hiccups with land search delays, mortgage product withdrawals which Lauretta helped navigate. Couldn't ask for more from my experience as both a buyer and seller with Location, location.

Location Location are estate agents that have your back. They're caring, down to Earth and genuinely want the best outcome for their customers. As a first time buyer, what could have been a very stressful decision and process was made much lighter, manageable and exciting (as it should be) thanks to the support and reassurance I recieved during the buying process. Huge massive shout out to Pantalis for showing me my new home and for the support throughout the journey, and also to Lauretta who helped liaise with solicitors to ensure a sound and speedy completion. They, and the team, have shown me compassion along this journey...which I think is a rare quality in estate agents these days.. so shouldn't be taken for granted! It is a rare thing to post, but Location Location genuinely are a step change in how estate agencies can and should operate. From the very start of my search, in a very difficult period in the market, the team were efficient, helpful and seemed to genuinely want the best possible outcome for me. The process is much improved over any other estate agents I worked with. The quality of their properties is also significantly higher and you can see why. I have ended up in a lovely place, one that hits all the points I asked for. Special mention to both Maya and Kristina, who were so helpful to me in the first place. And lastly, massive appreciation for the bereavement card they sent me when I had two family losses in a short space of time. I can not recommend Location Location highly enough.

Location Location have been excellent. Peter May was really helpful in the early sales stage and the photos, video and brochures were very professional and shone the house in a great light. Lauretta and Drew were then very diligent with the follow up and helped us through to exchange despite some issues on the legal side. I couldn’t recommend location location enough, specifically Anna who was great showing us round properties very friendly, and patient, then very quick and responsive in securing our offer. Lauretta took over and done a fantastic job of progressing the sale to completion, again very friendly, with great communication, a great middle ground to have between solicitors and very proactive to speed the sale along. When unavailable Drew was also great stepping in taking time to read the notes and provide an update on Lauretta’s behalf .again ,as is everyone at location location, very friendly and willing to help .
