I don’t often write Google reviews but Location Location really deserves one. I got talked into trying two other estate agents before finally settling on Location Location for the sale of my flat. I should have gone with my gut instinct straight away, as Location Location were head and shoulders above the other two agents. Not only did they actually see the sale through to completion, but they kept communicating well throughout the long process and did not lose interest when things didn’t go smoothly straight away (which is what I have experienced with other agents). They are knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would like to especially thank Pantelis, Peter and Lauretta for all their help. Lauretta in particular went above and beyond what could have been expected and I doubt the sale would have gone through without her. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We worked with the Location, Location team on our sale, which for external factors and some bad luck turned out not to be straight forward. However, the team, led especially by Anna and Pantelis, supported us along the way with great communication, creativity, practical advice and with great energy. From the moment we met Anna we knew we'd be in good hands. She explained the market nuances clearly and tailored the marketing strategy accordingly. Once we were 'on' we got to witness the power of the Location team. Pantelis together with Anna formed the dream team, working with us hand-in-glove to keep us updated, on track and manage any potential bumps in the road. And despite the stresses of the process, we all managed to laugh and have some fun along the way, too. Anna and Pantelis guided us through the whole process in a calming and reassuring way and did the same with our buyer. Lauretta made sure that we and our solicitors had the most updated information and that everything that needed to be addressed was done so promptly. It was a real joy working with a team with such positive vibes. Thank you to the whole Location team for managing the sale of our beloved flat so well (and kept us sane at the same time).

I’m quite a resilient person but buying a flat was an awfully stressful experience. It took me three years and endless heartache. Pantelis was hands down the best agent I’ve ever met! Lovely, responsive, genuinely helpful. Regrettably I didn’t end up buying with Location Location (had an awful experience with Chestertons instead..) but as soon as I’m ready to sell and move again, I will call no one else but Pantelis and his team at Location Location.

Location Location are estate agents that have your back. They're caring, down to Earth and genuinely want the best outcome for their customers. As a first time buyer, what could have been a very stressful decision and process was made much lighter, manageable and exciting (as it should be) thanks to the support and reassurance I recieved during the buying process. Huge massive shout out to Pantalis for showing me my new home and for the support throughout the journey, and also to Lauretta who helped liaise with solicitors to ensure a sound and speedy completion. They, and the team, have shown me compassion along this journey...which I think is a rare quality in estate agents these days.. so shouldn't be taken for granted!
