Location Location are great. I sold my flat which was not neccesarily in the areas they specailise in but they took it on and did a fantastic job. Anna got the flat sold and bid on by multiple buyers within two weeks and Lauretta helped push along the buyers throughout the process. The buyers had a lot of delays and without Lauretta keeping on their case, we may still be in the process. The rest of the team supported them whenever we needed answers and I would highly recommend their services.

Have now been settled into my new home for a month, after fantastic support from the Location Location team in getting the sale over the line. Was quite a laborious, drawn out and stressful sales process due to various regulatory issues (as is often the case with leaseholder flats these days I gather!), but Lauretta was instrumental in constantly chasing parties to get things signed off, and was always available to chat and explain things through. Massive thanks also to Anna and Pantelis for being so helpful with viewings, the offer process and sorting various bits out concerning the flat itself, which was hugely appreciated. The whole LL team were incredibly kind and helpful throughout - couldn't recommend them enough!

I recently moved house from N16 and Location Location helped me with my sale. This team are incredible! I worked with Pantelis, Ella and Lauretta, and they a total rockstars! Without this team working so dilligently I don't think my house sale would have got over the line. The effort was incredible, the team are so personable. Working with Location Location has been absolutely seamless since the very first phone call. The team is mature and experienced. They gave us great advice and knew the best way to approach our property. I recently sold a one bedroom flat in Stoke Newington. The Location Loaction team were great at advising me during the sales process which meant the flat was only on the market for around a week before securing an offer I was happy with.
