Lauretta, was superb when introduced to the later complex stages of the sales cycle. She calmly handled things throughout the chain with clear and effective communication. She also always provided regular updates which was most appreciated. Drew and Osh were also integral in the sales process managing a significant number of viewings and feedback whilst keeping us informed at every stage. My wife and I felt that we had a team supporting us in selling our house. Thanks you.

I sold my flat with Location Location and Drew recently. They’re nice and friendly to deal with and provide solid advice. Overall on the sales side it was a good experience and they were particularly useful during the later stages with Lauretta helping to move things along. I’d have liked it if they’d been more proactive at notifying us of new instructions that might be of interest as we were also looking to buy in the area. There were also a few additional costs in the sign up process that I don’t think are appropriate. My only other criticism is that a few of my questions didn’t receive an answer, particularly where I was asking for advice on my onwards purchase.
