I had sent her a list of my requirements and budget and she immediately went to find properties that were as close to my specifications as possible as well as a couple of other options for consideration.. Any questions I had about the properties, the area, or proximity of building works were answered within 24 hours. There was no hard sell or pressure, just encouragement and patience. Marta would be my first choice of person to find me a home next time I am looking.
