Just dealt with the Tottenham branch of this chain and was appalled at the way I was treated. I would never use them to sell my house now that I know how they treat potential buyers.

Hmmm.... where do I begin....? I was moving out the property, they started showing it to people a month before my moving out date. The property has been "managed" by 3 very young guys, all in very ealry 20's. They were very insitive on doing the viewings at the times convenient to them. Many times they called me an hour before scheduled viewing. They were coming late, they never showed up a couple of times ( an informative msg would be nice). Once I ended up showing the flat to potential tenats as they been waiting for an agent for almost half an hour. They had no respect either for my time or for people viewing the flat. The three agents never communicated between eich other so I had to speak to all of them separately. I left the best for the end... I went to the agency to return the keys. They were very surprised as they said that keys have been returned (God knows to who) and new tenants already mived in. Not sure when and how as I moved out the night before. I used to rent from agencies before and never came across anything like that. Would gave zero stars if it was possible.

If you're ever in the position where your agent attempts to sell your house to an un-mortgageable buyer and no one notices until after you have exchanged contracts (on both sides of your chain), you're then involved in months worth of legal issues, King Group WILL try to charge you their commission.. Change your contract wording to state commission becomes payable upon completion, not on exchange of contracts. Even though my contract was amended to state 'no sale, no fee' they are still perusing their fee. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to try and uphold our contract. Formal complaints have been submitted, complaints will also be submitted to The Property Ombudsman and the National Association of Estate Agents.

Just lying thieves, don’t believe a single word they say. People of Waltham Abbey stay safe and strongly avoid.

Very disappointing that we had to write to them about being racially discriminating in relation to showing of properties for sale.

WARNING!!!!!!!Absolutely dishonest or blatantly incompetent probably both...... twelve months as guarantor for my daughter........ supposed to be a managed property...... rats..... heating that didn't work...... would not react to complaints....... a property that should not have been deemed fit for habitation...... can't keep track of rent payments even though bank statements have been produced to prove payment. Will not release deposit at end of tenancy. DO NOT USE !!!!! INCOMPETENT UNTRUSTWORTHY UNCARING......
