Nathaniell at Acorn Plumstead has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially put our house on the market with another agent and had a dreadful experience. We quickly moved to Acorn Plumstead and have nothing but praise for how James handled our sale. We had an issue with Japanese Knotweed which James managed with our (potential) buyers brilliantly. We also had an issue with our chain which again was handled competently and professionally. All in all, our sales process was long and complex and we were glad that we had Acorn fighting our corner. Acorn have been brilliant with letting my property. I choose them because they are the go to agent in the area for prospective tenants. They handle everything professionally and efficiently if anything does go wrong, it gets sorted quickly. In particular, Nathaniell has been excellent.

James in particular stood out, not just because he was calm and honest with valuation, but his sensible and much appreciated advice through the whole process has helped us out immensely, especially when our original purchase property wasn't working out.
