William and the rest of the staff have been excellent throughout a rather drawn out sale of my property. I experienced numerous issues and delays (none of which were the fault of the estate agents I hasten to add), and the way William dealt with them, assisted and liaised with solicitors, he went well above and beyond his normal duties. We had a very complex case regarding selling our property and had used another estate agent previously with no success. We then chose John Payne (previously Acorn) who sent around a well-spoken and organised, Englishman (William/Plumstead branch) who is well-versed in his field. He was very realistic and didn't make empty promises, instead, he told the reality of the housing market and what we could expect to achieve. I think one of the differences with John Payne is their photography, very snazzy. Moreover, what we found most reassuring is the level of contact we had with Will. Always available to answer any concerns or questions we had, and believe me, we did bombard him with much of the latter.
