William and the rest of the staff have been excellent throughout a rather drawn out sale of my property. I experienced numerous issues and delays (none of which were the fault of the estate agents I hasten to add), and the way William dealt with them, assisted and liaised with solicitors, he went well above and beyond his normal duties.
