We recently sold our home through John Payne - Chris and Will were extremely supportive and responsive/punctual in finding potential buyers and showing our house for us. Once we had found a buyer - perhaps John Payne could improve their service to the sellers during the process of the sale since we did not receive much communication from them until it all became very pressured. However, we did fall victim to the 'rush' to complete before the change in stamp duty at end March 2025 which probably meant everyone in the housing selling world was under pressure. Overall, a good experience and we would use them again.
