John Payne East Greenwich gave a realistic, but fairly high, recommendation for price we should put our house on sale for. They had an excellent knowledge of the area having sold the most properties in the area out of the agents we got valuations from. They had buyers waiting to buy on that street and so our house was on the market for less than a week and it was only on that long whilst we negotiated the price with the buyers. Sale took a long time (5 months) but through no fault of the agent and luckily we weren’t in a rush.
