John Payne Greenwich (my contact was Sue) have been excellent at assisting me throughout my house purchase. Although this is my first time buying a house the process has been a smooth one. Throughout the process I have been kept up to date with relevant information and they have endeavoured to answer my queries in a timely manor. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will use again in the future.

I worked with Nathan Johnson who was one of the best agents I have come across in London. He handled my negotiation smoothly, and still remained helpful and professional when the lease did not proceed (on circumstances out of our control). His knowledge of the area is commendable and his customer service is simply outstanding. An example of this was him, after our lease had not proceeded, informing me that the house which I had paid a holding deposit on was still on the market (despite the fact that we were using another agent). He had no benefit in telling this to me, but did so on the basis of still seeing me as client, notwithstanding the fact that our business together had concluded. I would highly recommend working with him, especially in the Greenwich area, and would give him a higher rating if possible.

Sue, Nick and Lucy were extremely helpful in selling our house and helping to manage our onward purchase. They do not just rely on portal inquiries as we found with other agents but are proactive and have a deep network of local contacts/buyers. We went for another agent first which was a mistake - within days of listing with JP the team arranged many more viewings than we had had in total previously which ultimately resulted in a smooth sale. If you are selling in Greenwich they are by far the best agents - and genuinely nice (& patient!) people too.

Great service from a friendly, well-connected team. We recently sold our property via John Payne and have been very happy with the process and service we received. From the initial meeting, the team were efficient and gave us good practical advice in terms of price and how to market the property. The team used their extensive knowledge of buyers interested in the area to provide us with credible interested parties, and viewing times were communicated early to us and arranged so that there was as little disruption as possible. In particular though we were especially happy with the service once a sale had been agreed. This is often the part which people overlook - the JP team acted as central point dealing with surveyors, solicitors and mortgage brokers, as well as communicating with other selling agents in the chain. This part can be extremely stressful for buyers and sellers, especially where a chain is involved, and Lucy, Sue and the rest of the JP team were efficient, professional and were careful to keep everyone up to date and the process moving along, managing the numerous parties involved.
