Folks I've interacted with at JLL have been really responsive and helpful. In particular, my experiences working with Suth, the property manager for the unit I'm renting, have been extremely positive and I really appreciate his going the extra mile to assist me :)
Any issues with the flat has been in the safe hands of Property Manager, Suth Lucian Canbert. There was an ongoing problem with the flat's utility meter and Suth persisted to resolve it and kept me updated throughout the process.
JLL service is amazing! Their emergency out of hours line is very helpful. The office staff is very friendly and very intuitive. My agent was Mr. Kiko Panadero and I could not have asked for a better agent to be honest. He honestly showed me how much he loved what he was doing and was very enthusiastic to help from the start of the agreement to any minor issues I had in the first few days of moving in. For example when the furniture company was late with my bed on Friday at 8pm (out of hours and on a weekend), he replied to me and reassured me that the issue would be solved. He called me back twi hours later having booked me a hotel for the night and sent me a temporary bed to my flat the next morning and everything was sorted out after. I really recommend this agency.

JLL has recently taken over our property as the estate agent and we are very very happy with the service and communications so far! We have been in the property for over a year now had had issues with the previous property managers but JLL have been fantastic and have sorted out issues for us straight away. Lucian, our property manager has been excellent and very easy to communicate with, responding promptly to all of our emails and ensuring we are happy with the service!
Michael is a very approachable guy and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was also very proactive in addressing problems with both our mortgage broker and solicitor. Highly recommended.
