We dealt with Liam Bartlett from JLL who was by far the best estate agent we have come across. He was always available to speak by phone or email and his knowledge of the properties he was showing was superb. In fact, we preferred him to the developer's own agents who were unable to answer questions about their own property that Liam subsequently clarified with us. He curated a list of properties to suit our budget and preferences and we ended up buying one of them. Highly recommended. Also I don't think he drives a mini.

Rosie is always helpful and effective. She was able to find a prompt solution to a problem and is a pleasure to deal with.

I was new to the UK market and understood little of the processes and pro’s and con’s of purchasing a property. Michael was very helpful (and patient) with all my questions and queries and provided very timely responses. I was impressed the way Michael had my best interests at heart but also of his client, the seller. Through Michael's understanding of my requirements he was able (at the last minute) to provide an opportunity to purchase my desired property, which I now gleefully own. Extremly professional property mgmt - as smooth at end of tenancy as at start. "Pui Hung" was extremly professional, proactive and easy to reach out during our 2 years of tenancy. The process and support was consistently same from start till end of tenancy and really appreciable. Extremly fair and professional support to tenants, much appreciated and recommended.

Suth Lucian Canbert is my Property Manager and even though it's early days, he has provided an excellent service so far. As my husband put it, he is the hamster that keeps the wheel turning!
