During my recent hunt for an apartment I dealt with many agencies and estate agents. Except 1 or 2 exceptions JLL was much, much better than others. Mainly I would say thank you to Michael Harvey, who was very helpful: - finding perfect match for me - organising multiple viewings (sometimes multiple viewings of same apartment) - advising on the process of buying an apartment (e.g. steps to carry on, things to watch for, etc) - constant and ongoing support - even after reservation of the apartment I would definitely recommend Michael.

Recently rented out my property with JLL, having previously purchased the same property two years prior and found them to have exceptional service at that time. Suffice to say I was incredibly pleased to see standards haven’t dropped in those two years and the service is still incredible. I was well informed and notified at every step in the process. They were knowledgable about the area and always happy to answer any questions I had both via email and telephone. Can’t thank Charlotte and Kiko enough for bringing everything together at incredibly short notice and getting my tenancy over the line with two incredible tenants. Very very pleased and can’t recommend them enough.

Michael did an absolutely excellent job in assisting me to find the right property in Stratford. He is knowledgeable about the features of properties and the potential of the area. Also he always considers both positive and negative impacts from the customer's perspective. Michael is approachable, honest, efficient and professional.
