Especially Paul Hughes and Rafaella Kyriakidou are two of the most communicative, efficient, reliable and pleasant people I've come across. I have let my flats with various agencies and I'm with Mann the last 4 years - any problems are easily solved, as a landlord, I'm immediately informed, presented with options and the work is carried out. They are both on top of things and the most important is they get me tenants 6 months in advance. It's rare to find a good team and to build that trust and I can honestly say that these two are making a huge difference to MannCountrywide and to the relationship the agency builds with their landlords.
