Excellent service for overseas owner

We recently acquired a flat in London and the level of service by all personnel at the branch were highly satisfactory specially being an overseas owner. They were able to respond and help with all queries efficiently. A very satisfying experience.

Had Reem as our estate agent for the purchase of a flat in London. It was easy to establish a good rapport with her and she regularly kept in touch, communicating frequently and keeping an eye on the process through to completion. She was attentive and responsive throughout. Thank you Reem!

George Reeves handled my move in and was very helpful and responsive during the whole process, he was always there to answer my questions and provide helpful information. A few mix ups (including the time of move on the moving day) but nothing major, just a bit stressful on the day of the move! Other than that, everything was run very smoothly and I've had a really positive experience with JLL and George - a package that was delivered to my new flat has been stolen though and that hasn't been resolved yet, so I will continue to find out what has happened. Thanks George and JLL for your help moving into my new apartment.

Very slow in response

Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards tenants. We agreed viewings slots in our apartment with George and asked him several times to ask viewers to take their shoes off. We have a toddler who plays all the time on the floor and try to keep our apartment as clean as possible. We left the apartment for the viewings and when we arrived at the apartment all the carpets were full of stains and shoes marks. Such unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour!

The worst agency I have ever worked with. If I could give zero stars I would. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, rude when you reach out on the phone or in person, and don't value tenants at all. It is clear they only care about money. Stay as far away as possible!
