The team at JLL went above and beyond for my purchase and sale! I offered (and it got accepted) on my dream apartment on a bit of a whim — basically, without even having considered putting my place on the market — and within a week, my own apartment was photographed, listed, and sold for my asking price. We then embarked on a few months of dealing with conveyancers (yay, leaseholds) but all the way through this the JLL team were extremely helpful, communicative and empathetic.
