We have completed on our flat purchase in record time thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the JLL Finsbury Park team. Led by Adnan Tipu and with the support of Alessandra Di Meola, we got through an always anxiety ridden process with good humour and good advice. From our very first conversation Adnan understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to offer us the perfect place that met every one of our requirements. Super grateful with everything I've done with JLL Woodberry Down, especially with Hanan. We had to go through an online viewing whilst being not in the country and complicated visa work but she's been always open and helpful with every single problem I had before moving in. We signed up with JLL for tenancy and management services. The service was friendly and professional. Beatrice Lukauskaite and Hanan Qassem assisted us with all our questions (no matter how small or big) and provided valuable advice on marketing the property. They assisted with securing contractors to complete the standard requirements for landlords seeking to rent their flats. The amiable and warm manner of both colleagues made it a pleasure! Service with JLL has been excellent and efficient. Hanan our Letting agent gave necessary advice and was always available. Definitely made the process of renting much better. She has always stood out as a helping hand. Alessandra has also been of great help, her advice when arriving into the property was really friendly and transmitted assurance.
