Hanan at JLL Woodberry Down lettings has been an incredible and invaluable support in my relocation with my family to Cityview Apartments. From the moment I called the office in December to my move on 28th March, the process was not only seamless but enjoyable! As a long term homeowner who had not rented for over 20 years, my experience and knowledge of renting was very limited; Hanan held and guided me through the process step by step. No question or query was too 'silly' or small. I was able to manage the move far better by being able to get full clarity on the property, measurements etc and get a full comprehensive and detailed onboarding pack which was invaluable. She even helped me measure up and lent me a tape measure! I have made introductions to my friends seeking rental in this area and would highly recommend Hanan. As a now local resident I have bumped into Hanan and she has checked on how I am getting on which is a lovely personal and 'above and beyond' approach. Moving can be very stressful so I am very grateful to have found such a supportive and helpful person and team to take me through the process!

I used JLL to let 3 flats and my lettings agent Hanan was amazing. She took al the stress out of the process and very quickly found tenants. She worked really hard to meet a deadline I had to tenant them. The team went above and beyond to get things done.

Great folks here. Had a complicated plumbing issue which Amman dealt with throughout. He ensured that the electrical side was safe and arranged for replacement parts to be shipped from Denmark, and remained in constant communication throughout.

I worked with Hanan recently to find and agree a tenancy on a flat at Woodberry and she was great, really responsive and transparent about everything, and helpful with getting all of the details of the lease worked out with the landlord
