We have let out our flat with JLL and had an absolutely amazing experience working with them (and we have dealt with quite a few other real estate agencies before so I feel like we can compare). They were prompt to reply to our requests, transparent and objective in their advice, extremely quick in organising the entire process and finding a tenant for us in a record time - a real pleasure working with them. Highly recommended, no hesitations.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hannah, Neil and the team at JLL for the past 15 months and in a word, they have been 'excellent'. I rented my first flat in London through them and had such a great experience that when I was looking to move to a new flat, I was keen to work with them again, which I did. I have found Hannah to be honest and open with me throughout the process and you get the feeling that she is very commercial, wanting the best for both the landlord and the tenant. Neil was very understanding when negotiating the lease with me, which I appreciated.

We rented a property managed by Raphael and Emma Phillips at Houseman Properties for two years. Our experience with Raphael and Emma was fantastic. They were very helpful and efficient when going through the various stages that led to our signing the rental agreement. They were easily reachable once we had moved into the apartment. They were responsive when we raised issues with the apartment. They organised repairs in a time-sensitive manner when needed. They agreed to a number of reasonable requests that we made in terms of replacing old furniture and acquiring new and needed furniture. Now that we have moved to a new place, I can say that Raphael and Emma acted in the same manner through the checkout process. They indicated the steps that we needed to comply with in order to retrieve our deposit and were courteous and responsive throughout the checkout process. All in all, dealing with Raphael and Emma was fantastic.

Great service from Sharron Kaur at Manning Stainton. She made what could have been a very stressful time for me very easy and went above and beyond her requirements to ensure I secured the property I wanted.
