I seldom give reviews, but this one is particularly well deserved. After a bad experience with a different London based Estate Agency, working with Ayesha from JLL Canary Wharf felt like a breeze. She is punctual, responsive, helpful, and pleasant, while maintaining a professional demeanor. Among other things, she went the extra mile and helped facilitate a number of custom arrangements with the landlord, to make some upgrades and also remove some furniture. The fact that we requested some of these arrangements post-signing, and yet received the same level of professionalism from Ayesha is even more commendable. Moving house can be a stressful endeavor, and she helped make the entire process easy, from viewing, to signing, to moving in, and even after. Well done! Nota Bene: this review doesn’t account for day to day property management, as this is handled separately within the Agency and it’s too early to form an informed opinion so soon after move-in. I am absolutely delighted with the whole JLL experience. I was able to rent out my apt in 3 weeks after taking possession despite that I am not able to be in London due to Covid. The team work at JLL was excellent including the walk through and the arrangements to get the furniture moved in and the viewing. I was seamlessly looked after by everyone in the team. JLL Lauren Hatcliff is our favourite agent. We were very well looked after from the beginning until the successful end.
