Adam and Helene from JLL helped us find a flat in London. We were very happy with their work, they guided us very well throughout the whole process. They helped us pro-actively and our questions were answered very quickly and in a solution-orientated way. We can recommend Adam and Helene without reservation. Should we ever look for a new flat, we will do it with them again. Update: When we moved out after a year, things unfortunately didn’t go so well with JLL. When we moved in, we had a property manager from JLL who was excellent and very communicative. Unfortunately, he was replaced and we were assigned a new property manager, who was simply a complete disaster. When we moved out after a year, he made false accusations against us, used the wrong move-in report (not the most recent one), claimed that we had caused damage to the flat and that mattresses and other items were missing. He clearly wanted extra money from us. We were then able to prove to him, via emails with the previous property manager and photos, that his claims were untrue. Even then, he simply said, ‘Well, in that case, we’ll just have to take it to the arbitration board.’ Wow. Well, it wasn’t Adam or Helen’s fault directly, but the two of them clearly didn’t really stand up for us with the new property manager within JLL either. So, overall, a mixed picture.
